HUMAN And TRIAL BY FIRE To Team Up For New Zealand's 'Scourge, Purge, And Burn Tour'

New Zealand death metal veterans HUMAN (hailing from Christchurch) will team up with Auckland's TRIAL BY FIRE for the co-headlining New Zealand tour, known as the "Scourge, Purge, And Burn Tour", beginning on October 12 in Christchurch.

Oct. 12 - Dux De Lux, Christchurch
Oct. 13 - Zebedees, Christchurch
Oct. 14 - Arc Cafe, Dunedin
Oct. 20 - Hysteria, Auckland
Oct. 21 - Ibanez Bar, Whangarei

2006 marks HUMAN's 14th anniversary, and the group's latest studio album, "Blood Bucket" (their 10th official release),is enjoying strong sales locally and overseas, while their over-the-top music videos have found favorable spots on C4 music television.

"We have no illusions in this band," says vocalist/guitarist Scott Spatcher-Harrison. "We know (musically speaking) what we're capable of, and really, we're just out there being ourselves. We don't care about anything else apart from having fun and entertaining our audience — whoever and wherever they are."
